Two Strip shopping centers announced 10 new storefronts that are open or planning openings this year.
Fashion Show mall and Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, both owned and operated by General Growth Properties, announced the new retailers — six at FSLV and four at The Shoppes. The offerings range from travel, beauty, clothing, activewear and more.
Fashion Show Las Vegas
“Gen-Z-oriented fashion brand” Edikted is opening soon at Fashion Show, according to a news release. The storefront will bring a “West Coast edge” from the Los Angeles-based clothing company.
It will be located on level 1 next to JD Sports.
Opening Saturday is Sukoshi, an Asian beauty retailer. Sukoshi remains ahead of the curve on beauty trends from Korea, Japan and across Asia, and will bring “thoughtfully selected products, immersive experiences, and personalized guidance.”
Located on level 1 across from the clothing retailer Garage, on Sukoshi’s grand opening day there will be giveaways and gifts with purchases.
Popular athletic wear brand Alo is now open at the shopping center. The retailer “specializes in studio-to-street clothing,” according to the news release, and will be located on level 2 next to Lacoste.
BoxLunch will be joining the lineup, located on level 2 across from Olight. BoxLunch is a specialty retailer offering pop culture merchandise from a variety of fan bases, including apparel, accessories, home goods, gift and novelty, and collectibles.
Coffee bar Makers & Finders is now open across from level 1 across from Lululemon. It will offer empanadas, breakfast sandos and Latin eats, as well as specialty coffee with high-quality direct trade beans from Colombia, Japanese matcha and handmade syrups.
Now open is R.D. Talley Books, located on level 2 next to Brad’s Toys. The bookstore offers new and used books, art, posters and novelty merchandise across a variety of genres, including: children’s books, young adults, romance, fiction, history, sci-fi, fantasy, mystery, comics and more.
Grand Canal Shoppes
Swiss watchmaker Hublot Boutique is now open at local timepiece retailer Horologio. The dedicated Hublot Boutique is a partnership with the Las Vegas luxury timepiece retailer. Hublot was founded in 1980 and became known for introducing the first natural rubber strap in luxury watchmaking.
The Hublot Boutique is located within Horologio on Casino Level 1.
Läderach Chocolate has opened its second location in Las Vegas, located on Retail Level 2, near St. Mark’s Square across from Lids. A family company founded in the early 1960s, the chocolate makers offer confectionery specialties including chocolates, pralines, FrischSchoggi and more.
Green Crush is now open in the food court on Retail Level 2. It offers beverages including frozen cocktails and fruity drinks with liquor add-ins, with weekly rotating flavors.
Luxury lifestyle boutique Travel & Living is opening this year. Located on Retail Level 2 near Skechers, the retailer will offer high-end travel gear, designer luggage, home decor, massage chairs, drones and more.
