In addition to spotlighting influential mixologists and sommeliers, the inaugural festival will showcase more than 40 chefs from around the country, including local talent and such celebrated culinarians as Roy Choi, Tom Colicchio, Mary Sue Milliken, Michael Mina, Masaharu Morimoto, Wolfgang Puck and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
