The undefeated Las Vegas Raiders hit the road for the second straight week when they face the New Orleans Saints on Sunday at Caesars Superdome.
The Raiders are coming off a 26-14 victory at the Los Angeles Chargers and could get a boost from the return of tight end Brock Bowers. He was listed as questionable after undergoing knee surgery before the season opener, but early reports are that he will play against New Orleans.
This is the home opener for the Saints (1-1). Quarterback Tyler Shough is averaging a league-best 331 passing yards per game.

O’Connell to miss 2nd straight game
The Las Vegas Raiders officially ruled quarterback Aidan O’Connell out of Sunday’s game against the Saints.
O’Connell has not been with the team for more than a week following the death of his father.
The team had listed him as questionable Friday with the possibility he could join the team in New Orleans.
“Our prayers are with Aidan and his family, and we miss him,” coach Klint Kubiak said Friday. “Can’t wait to get him back. He’s a huge part of our team, and we love him.”

Ameer Abdullah ran for 115 yards for the Raiders, eclipsing 100 yards for the only time in his career.
Aidan O’Connell threw for 242 yards and connected on touchdowns with Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker.
The defense recorded three sacks and intercepted Spencer Rattler twice in the win.
