Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, announced the addition of Suzanne Martin as a shareholder in its Las Vegas office.
Martin has more than two decades of experience representing employers in Nevada and California. Her practice includes employment litigation, workplace investigations, arbitration, training and counseling. She advises employers on harassment and discrimination, disability accommodations and leaves, wage and hour issues, restrictive covenants, workplace policies and workplace violence. Martin also represents employers before state and federal agencies and courts in matters ranging from individual disputes to class actions. She is licensed in Nevada and California and earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
