After winning Nevada’s second consecutive U.S. Little League World Series championship, the Paseo Verde Little League squad returned home. But where exactly is home?

Paseo Verde Little League is based in Henderson, in the southeastern portion of the Las Vegas Valley, with boundaries covering portions of ZIP codes 89052, 89044 and 89012. The league’s primary fields are located at Anthem Hills Park west of Gibson Road.

That places Paseo Verde in a section of Henderson that includes several large residential communities, including the Anthem area.

The league was founded in 1999 by four families who wanted a Little League closer to their homes in Henderson rather than having their children travel farther to play.

Since then, Paseo Verde has grown into one of Nevada’s most successful Little League programs. The league is one of only two Nevada programs to reach a Western Regional championship game and has produced multiple district and state champions.

The communities within Paseo Verde’s boundaries also represent a significant portion of Henderson’s population.

According to the city’s demographic data, the areas combine for an estimated population of over 143,000 residents in 2026. The three ZIP codes also differ in their age and income profiles.

The median household income is approximately $105,000 in 89052, $120,000 in 89044 and $114,000 in 89012, according to city demographic data.

ZIP code 89044 has the highest percentage of residents younger than 18 at 20 percent, followed by 89052 at 17.13 percent and 89012 at 19.01 percent.

ZIP code 89052, which includes communities such as Anthem, has a large population and a relatively high level of educational attainment.

Census data shows more than 22,000 residents in the ZIP code hold at least a bachelor’s degree, while more than 17 percent hold a master’s degree or higher.

Those numbers offer a snapshot of the communities that make up Paseo Verde Little League while also showing the size and makeup of the area from which the program draws its players.

Henderson itself has continued to grow rapidly, reaching an estimated population of nearly 370,000 in 2026, according to the City of Henderson’s demographic profile.

That growth has helped transform Henderson into one of Nevada’s largest cities while providing Paseo Verde with a growing community of young athletes capable of adding to the leagues list of accolades.
