A man suspected of terrorizing people in Philadelphia was arrested in Las Vegas on Tuesday, according to the Philadelphia U.S. Marshals Service.
Zymire Hughes was wanted by police in Philadelphia, according to a post on the Marshal service’s X account. Hughes was allegedly caught on video chasing a woman while wearing a disturbing mask in the downtown area of Philadelphia across from City Hall, according to the city’s Police Department.
The Philadelphia U.S. Marshals Service and the USMS Nevada Violent Offender Task Force arrested Hughes on Tuesday evening, according to the X post. Hughes is being held at the Clark County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Philadelphia, the post stated.
