Construction continues at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, the Strip’s largest and most-visible resort project.
The 42-story Guitar Hotel, which topped out this spring, is now largely enclosed in blue-tinted glass, while exterior sheathing covers the lower portion of the tower.
Window installation continues on the former Mirage hotel tri-tower, which is undergoing a complete interior renovation.
The approximately $4 billion resort complex is scheduled to open in the late second half of 2027.
When finished, Las Vegas’ newest hotel-casino will feature approximately 3,600 hotel rooms, nearly 175,000 square feet of gaming space, two spas, multiple pools and live entertainment venues in addition to dozens of restaurants, lounges and retail outlets.
The Guitar Hotel will consist of 42 stories and house 675 hotel rooms and suites.
