Let’s face it, life moves fast, and for many, a good cup of coffee is an essential part of the morning. Luckily for Cadence residents, a caffeine fix is never far away. As one of the nation’s top five bestselling master-planned communities, according to RCLCO’s 2026 Mid-Year Report, Cadence makes it easy to enjoy everyday essentials close to home, with plenty of coffee options minutes from your doorstep.

Coffee right outside your door

Residents can find several coffee options within the community at Cadence Village Center, making it easy to grab your favorite drink without going far.

Looking for something quick? Dutch Bros at 887 E. Lake Mead Parkway offers a drive-thru and walk-up window-focused experience with an extensive menu of coffee, cold brew, specialty drinks, Rebels, teas, lemonades and more. And if your morning coffee run includes your four-legged friend, you can even add a Dutch Pup Cup to the order.

At Starbucks at 835 E. Lake Mead Parkway, residents can order everything from classic brewed coffee and espresso drinks to cold brews, Refreshers, teas and more. With indoor and outdoor seating and a drive-thru, it’s a convenient spot whether you’re grabbing coffee on your way out of the neighborhood, meeting up with a friend or getting some work done.

There’s also a Starbucks inside Smith’s Marketplace at 845 E. Lake Mead Parkway, giving residents another convenient option when they’re making a grocery run. Because sometimes the best coffee stop is the one you can check off your list at the same time.

Local favorites on Water Street

Living at Cadence also means having easy access to the restaurants, shops and experiences of Henderson’s Historic Water Street District, just a short drive away.

At Public Works Coffee Bar at 314 S. Water St., coffee lovers can enjoy handcrafted coffee and tea alongside pastries, breakfast and lunch. Its independent, community-oriented atmosphere makes it a great spot for catching up with friends, getting some work done or simply enjoying a relaxed morning.

Another newer addition to Water Street is The Coffee Class at 37 S. Water St. The sixth location in the Coffee Class and Almond & Oat brands serves handcrafted espresso drinks and artisan lattes alongside fresh-baked pastries, breakfast and lunch. It’s a flexible spot for everything from a casual coffee date to a change-of-scenery work session.

Just down the road

For even more variety, residents can continue along Lake Mead Parkway to discover additional coffee destinations.

The Human Bean at 71 E. Lake Mead Parkway offers a drive-thru and walk-up window experience with specialty coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, frozen drinks and more. It gives residents another quick and convenient option.
