Many people who are registered to vote in Nevada are not voting because we register them when they don’t care (July 12 Review-Journal). Then we pay to send them voting material they throw away. We pay for numerous voting machines and people to set up facilities. I never see or hear about attempts to clean up records and make better use of taxes.
