On Saturday, Las Vegas Police responded to a vehicle and motorcycle crash that left one dead at East Owens Avenue and North 23rd Street.
The driver of the stolen motorcycle was taken to local hospital where he later was pronounced dead by medical staff.
According to police statement, the motorcycle was stolen at the time of the collision. The driver of the vehicle was take to a local hopsital with minor injuries.
The death of the motorcyclists marks the 63rd traffic-related fatality in the LVMPD’s jurisdiction for the year 2026.
