Former UFC champion and mixed martial arts legend Randy Couture is selling his Las Vegas home and moving to his private ranch in Arizona.
Courture, a six-time UFC champion in the UFC Hall of Fame, has put his four-bedroom and four-bathroom home in the guard-gated community of The Foothills in Southern Highlands on the market for $1.1 million.
The 3,743-square-foot house was originally built in 2003 for an initial sale price of $456,355 and sits on a 0.38 acre lot.
The house has 52 solar panels, which comes with full property coverage, no inversion and a $12,000 NV Energy credit; a heated pool with a new Pebbletek finish; smart home integration; and custom finishes throughout.
Listing agent Ariel Ives with The Barton Group, part of Keller Williams Las Vegas’ brokerage, said there is an interesting twist to the potential sale of the house.
“Randy is leaving Las Vegas to live full time on his private ranch, and some of his memorabilia will actually convey with the home through a separate bill of sale, so a buyer can take a piece of his career with the house,” she said.
The house also has a built-in natural gas fire pit, a stone pillar front entry, stone built shower, wine cooler and real grass backyard. Ives said given Couture custom built the house himself from start to finish, it’s definitely a unique property.
“Walking through this home, you immediately feel that it was never built for the market. Every detail reflects the man who built it. The stone work, the resort-style backyard, the way the fire pit and pool anchor the outdoor living space. Randy Couture is someone who has spent his career doing things with intention, and this home is no different,” she added. “Whoever buys this home is not just purchasing a luxury property in Southern Highlands. They are owning a piece of Vegas history.”
