After buying a mansion in the suburbs last year, Las Vegas attorney Steve Dimopoulos is looking to cash in.

Dimopoulos, a personal-injury lawyer known for running billboard ads seemingly all over town, recently put his luxury house in The Ridges on the market for $22.5 million.

The six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 14 Magic Stone Lane spans more than 14,000 square feet. It boasts a gym, elevator, “private wellness spa,” pickleball court, and garage space for up to 12 vehicles, according to listing materials.

Dimopoulos purchased the sleek two-story home in April 2025 for $14.7 million, property records show, meaning he’s now trying to sell it for a 53 percent price jump.

Listing broker Ellie Shefler, of Luxury Estates International, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that the home offers “seamless indoor-outdoor living” and appeals to executives, pro athletes and others “who value privacy, wellness, and the ability to entertain on a grand scale.”

‘He enjoys the penthouse more’

Shefler said that Dimopoulos doesn’t really occupy the house, adding it’s not the owner’s primary residence.

Property records and listing materials show that Dimopoulos bought a 43rd-floor penthouse in The Martin, a high-rise condo building near the Las Vegas Strip, for more than $4 million in 2022.

That home spans around 3,650 square feet.

“He enjoys the penthouse more,” Shefler said.

The Ridges, a guard-gated enclave off Flamingo Road at Town Center Drive, is a wealthy, mansion-packed section of Las Vegas’ Summerlin community.

In late 2025, just several months after he bought the house in The Ridges, Dimopoulos listed it for rent at $75,000 per month.

He raised the price in February to $100,000 per month but removed the listing in March and then put the house up for sale on June 23, according to the listing history on Zillow.

‘We Win’

Dimopoulos is the founder and lead attorney of Dimopoulos Injury Law, which says it recovers millions every week for its clients.

He has a big advertising presence in Southern Nevada, a market awash with billboards and other ads for personal-injury lawyers.

Dimopoulos is known for billboards declaring “We Win,” and he ran an ad during the Super Bowl last year in which he likened himself to Batman.

He also has 175,000 followers on Instagram, where, among other things, he shows himself lifting weights.

“How many blondes can you fit in a Bugatti?” he posted in summer 2023 with a video showing two blonde women in short, tight-fitting black outfits sharing the front seat of a white Bugatti.

As seen in the video, the luxury car’s Nevada license plate was in a Dimopoulos Law license-plate holder, and the plate itself read: “LAWSUIT.”

Meanwhile, Dimopoulos made some other headlines recently: TMZ reported in May that Las Vegas celebrity Holly Madison is dating Dimopoulos.

Madison, a former Playboy model and reality TV star, later confirmed their relationship to People magazine.
