A’ja Wilson had a season-high 45 points to lead the Las Vegas Aces to a 101-94 win over the Connecticut Sun at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, on Friday night.
It was a third straight road win for the Aces (3-1) after a blowout home loss to open the season at home.
The Aces, who also won Wednesday in Connecticut, have now beaten the Sun (0-4) in 10 straight meetings.
Wilson hit a 3-pointer and followed it up with a 3-point play to snap an 11-0 Connecticut run late in the third quarter and give the Aces more breathing room entering the final period.
It was part of an incredibly efficient performance as she went 15-for-18 from the field and 13-for-13 at the free-throw line.
Chennedy Carter added 18 points, while Chelsea Gray had 12 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds.
Hailey Van Lith had 17 points to lead the Sun.
The Aces wrap up their four-game road trip with a game in Atlanta on Sunday.
