Tiny home community breaks ground in Henderson
Blue Skye Development in partnership with Larson &Associates Building Co., LLC has broken ground on Six on Tin, a tiny home development in downtown Henderson. The six-unit project near the Water Street District will feature tiny homes, each under 400 square feet.
Developed using modular units from North Las Vegas-based Boxabl, the homes are designed to sell below $300,000. The site features a shared landscaped courtyard, private backyards and alley-loaded parking, offering a pedestrian-friendly, community-oriented layout.
Touchstone Living announces promotions
Touchstone Living announced a series of strategic executive promotions. These leadership appointments are designed to steer the veteran homebuilder’s next chapter as it begins operations in the Reno and Pahrump markets. By reinforcing its executive core, the company ensures that its mission of providing high-quality, accessible housing remains steady during its regional growth.
Touchstone Living’s expansion is fueled by its unique company culture, which includes a four-day work week to ensure a healthy work-life balance and high productivity.
To manage the increased demands of the Reno and Pahrump expansions, the company announced the following promotions:
