The newest neighborhood to open in Summerlin is Iris Glen by Richmond American Homes.
Iris Glen, located in Grand Park village, features paired homes in six unique floor plans that range from 2,040 square feet to 2,450 square feet, priced from the $600,000s.
All paired homes are two story and offer three to four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garages. Every floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, spacious great room and covered patios on the first floor. Offering a low-maintenance lifestyle, Iris Glen eliminates yard work while delivering immediate access to scores of Summerlin amenities such as parks, trails and schools — more than any other community in Southern Nevada.
Grand Park village — located in the community’s western region, west of the 215 Beltway and north of Far Hills Avenue — is home to the community’s single biggest park by the same name, Grand Park, which will span more than 90 acres at completion.
The first phase is complete and includes baseball fields, pickleball and basketball courts, splash pad, playground and adult exercise stations. The remaining phases are in the planning stage, with additional details to be released as plans are finalized.
“Iris Glen is a welcome addition to Summerlin’s new home lineup,” said Jenni Pevoto, senior director, master-planned community marketing for Summerlin. “Homes offering low-maintenance lifestyles are growing in popularity with buyers of all ages, while access to all that a Summerlin address offers are sure to add to Iris Glen’s anticipated popularity.”
In its 36th year of development, Summerlin offers more amenities than any other Southern Nevada community. They include 10 golf courses; 26 public, private and charter schools; Roseman University College of Medicine, a public library and performing arts center; Summerlin Hospital Medical Center; more than a dozen houses of worship representing multiple faiths; office parks and neighborhood shopping centers.
Downtown Summerlin offers fashion, dining, entertainment, Red Rock Resort and office buildings. City National Arena is home of the Vegas Golden Knights’ practice facility. The Las Vegas Ballpark is a world-class Triple-A baseball stadium and home of the Las Vegas Aviators.
Summerlin offers over 110 floor plans in 20 neighborhoods throughout six distinct villages and districts. Homes, built by many of the nation’s top homebuilders, are available in a variety of styles — from single-family homes to townhomes, priced from the $400,000s to more than $1 million.
