Cadence, ranked third bestselling master-planned community in the nation, is giving homebuyers a new, stress-free way to explore their options with the launch of the Buyer 2 Builder new home event. The curated experience allows prospective buyers to tour Cadence’s diverse builder neighborhoods via complimentary shuttle service.
The one-of-a-kind event will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays throughout May, officially kicking off Saturday and Sunday, continuing May 16 and 17, May 23 and 24, and May 30 and 31.
Visitors can park at the Cadence Home Finding Center and enjoy a guided VIP shuttle experience to tour model homes from the community’s seven homebuilders.
“The new home market can feel overwhelming, especially with so many builders, models and floor plans to choose from,” said Cheryl Gowan, vice president of marketing for The LandWell Co., developer of Cadence. “Buyer 2 Builder is about helping buyers identify the best opportunity that fits their needs, without the stress.”
The event features an exclusive showcase of model homes across the master-planned community, offering homebuyers a seamless way to compare floor plans, prices and neighborhoods in one convenient visit. Shuttle service runs continuously, saving visitors both time and mileage while providing insights into Cadence’s amenities and lifestyle along the way.
Prospective homebuyers can register for the free event at buyer2builder.com, where they can explore available homes and participating builders. Buyers should arrive at the Cadence Home Finding Center, located a 1170 E. Sunset Road in Henderson, before boarding the shuttle.
With touring homes, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about builder-specific incentives available throughout Cadence. They may include mortgage rate buy-downs, closing cost assistance or design center options. Incentives vary by builder and, in some cases, by individual floor plan.
“There’s no shortage of headlines about mortgage rates and housing prices,” Gowan said. “What many buyers don’t realize is that homebuilders often offer a variety of incentives. Buyer 2 Builder helps uncover those options and match buyers with the best value.”
Participating homebuilders include Woodside Homes, Richmond American Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar, Taylor Morrison, Beazer Homes and Century Communities. Homes range from approximately 1,200 square feet to more than 4,400 square feet and include single-story, two-story and three-story designs, as well as duplex-style homes and townhomes. Select homes feature three-car garages and recreational vehicle garages, with prices from the mid-$300,000s to more than $800,000.
At the heart of Cadence is the nearly 50-acre Central Park, which features a resident-only pool and 2,000-square-foot splash pad, 5-acre adventure playground, fitness court, pickleball courts, a pavilion and two amphitheaters.
