The Las Vegas Raiders selected Auburn defensive end Keyron Crawford in the third round of the NFL draft on Friday.
He was the third pick of the third round and went No. 67 overall.
Crawford didn’t start playing football until his senior year of high school, but quickly became an impactful player by utilizing the explosive athletic traits that made him successful in basketball.
He is renowned for a work ethic that enabled him to pick up the new sport quickly.
Crawford was effective against both the run and the pass at Auburn after transferring from Arkansas State.
