BHHS Nevada welcomes Hagan to leadership team
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties has welcomed Cheri Hagan to its St. Rose leadership team as manager. Hagan brings nearly 15 years of real estate experience and an extensive background in management, marketing and agent development to the role.
In her new position, Hagan will work alongside the St. Rose leadership team to support agents at all stages of their careers, with a focus on agent engagement, retention and strengthening the office community. She will also develop opportunities for agents to connect, collaborate and become more engaged within the office.

Hagan spent nearly 15 years with Coldwell Banker Realty in Illinois, including more than a decade as a top-producing real estate professional before transitioning into brokerage management. She most recently served as assistant branch vice president.
Hagan began her real estate career in 2012 and was named Rising Star of the Year during her first year in the industry. She has since received several industry recognitions, including the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award in 2022 and being named a Daily Herald Readers’ Top Pick for Favorite Realtor in 2018.
Before entering real estate, Hagan spent more than 20 years in the corporate world, working in marketing and event planning.
