Girls soccer.
– Yahretzy Alvarez, Sunrise Mountain: The freshman had two goals to help the Miners edge Valley 3-2.
– Caitlynn Nick: Palo Verde: The senior dominated with five goals and four assists as the Panthers rolled past Bonanza 11-0.
– Obriella Ojeda, Faith Lutheran: The freshman scored two goals as the Crusaders erupted for five goals in the second half of their 7-0 win over Liberty
– Reese Pusko, Boulder City: The senior goalkeeper had four saves to help the Eagles edge Equipo 2-1.
– Kimberly Rangel, Legacy: The senior scored two goals from the field and added three saves as goalkeeper to lead the Longhorns past Cheyenne 7-0.
– Annyssa Serrato, Arbor View: The junior’s second-half goal was enough to give the Aggies a 1-0 win over Centennial.
Girls volleyball
– Harper Chilton, The Meadows: The freshman had 18 assists and 10 service aces to lead the Mustangs to a 25-8, 25-1, 25-2 rout over Democracy Prep.
– Chloe Garcia, Faith Lutheran: The junior finished with 11 kills and nine digs in the Crusaders’ 25-16, 25-12, 25-23 win over Coronado.
– Isabelle Guerzon, Coronado: The senior recorded 20 digs in the Cougars’ three-set loss to Faith Lutheran.
– Kinley Hughes, Virgin Valley: The junior posted 12 kills and nine digs to help the Bulldogs defeat Pahrump Valley 25-17, 25-13, 28-26.
– Zanai Jackson, Cadence: The sophomore logged 13 kills and nine digs as the Cougars outlasted Coral Academy for a 25-22, 25-27, 15-25, 25-22, 15-10 victory.
