Children across Nevada are reading below grade level. It is up to all of us to help. Take this advice from a career language arts teacher: Mothers and fathers, grandparents and those who care, read to the children. Give them the opportunity to love reading for a lifetime. Read what they are interested in, not what you are interested in. The future of the children of this state is in our hands.
