The doors of the Primm Valley Casino will reopen at noon Wednesday, 17 days after its new operator took possession of the property and around six weeks after it appeared it was destined for permanent closure.

Representatives of Terrible’s Gaming on Tuesday announced that the property’s 422 gaming machines, 250 rooms, a William Hill sports book, a sports bar and a 24/7 quick-bites eatery would open after a short ceremony at the hotel’s porte cochere.

Representatives of the Terrible’s leadership team and Cory Clemetson, grandson of Primm founder, Ernie Primm, and president of the Primm South Real Estate Co., are expected to give remarks before the doors reopen after being closed in early July.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
