This means, the story says, that “event organizers will be allowed to place advertisements on area highways, including Las Vegas Boulevard, which is otherwise not allowed under state law.” These events are sold out years in advance. Tickets are available only on third-party websites. Why do we need billboards and advertising for sold-out events?
