Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian Monday morning in the northwest Las Vegas Valley.
The crash was reported just before 12:40 a.m. at Craig Road and Rancho Drive, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. The victim was in the roadway when struck by the unknown vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The roadway will remain shut down for investigation for the next several hours. Metro’s Fatal Detail is responding.
