There is plenty of action on the court for basketball fans during the 2026 NBA Summer League at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion.
But during breaks and time in-between games, fans have plenty of options during the 11-day event.
Here’s a look at what fans could do while in attendance at this year’s NBA Summer League:
Autographs
Throughout the day, fans can come to a designated autograph station behind section 101, free for everyone, to get an autograph from one of the athletes participating in the Summer League.
The schedule of who will be at the autograph station gets posted on the Summer League’s Instagram page and posted in the arena. Fans can buy programs and pens for autographs.
NBA Paint Center
Right next to the main entrance at the Thomas & Mack, fans can customize their own Summer League hoodie at the NBA Paint Center.
Fans can purchase a blank hoodie with a large main graphic – from an NBA team logo, to the Summer League logo or Las Vegas logos. Then fans can add smaller patches all over the hoodie.
Pop-A-Shot Contest
The popular arcade game has turned into a competitive tournament at the Summer League for fans behind sections 105-107.
Summer League attendees can register for a daily pop-a-shot contest for $5 where the winner with the highest score can take half of the daily money. The top daily scorer each day until Sunday will earn a spot in the 64-individual Pop-A-Palooza tournament.
On Saturday, July 18, the top 64 pop-a-shot contestants will take part in the tournament at the Palms with $11,000 on the line.
In a year of the midterm elections, the NBA and NBA players association has set up two booths on the Thomas & Mack concourse to register fans to vote.
Fans can also learn how to sign up to be a poll worker and learn about what is on their ballot in their respective part of the country.
Photo Opportunities
There are plenty of social media photo opportunities around the arena.
There are two free photos booths on the Thomas & Mack concourse where fans can also take pictures with the NBA rookie of the year trophy.
The NBA Summer League trophy – which goes to the team that wins the four-team tournament at the end of the event – is on display for fans to get photos with. The Thomas & Mack also has a smaller “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign and other paintings and photos for photo opportunities.
Podcast Stage
The entire NBA world in Las Vegas brings most of the league’s media corps. Fans can come up to a stage on the arena concourse to watch their favorite NBA podcasts and shows tape and record episodes daily.
Shoe Shining
If fans need a shoe shine, they can get one at Summer League. Skincare brand CeraVe has a free shoe shining station fans can sit at to get their shoes polished and also get free skincare products.
Sneaker Painting
Fans can get a look at what goes into the custom designing of sneakers at the Majorwave Lab. Sneaker artists are on site designing sneakers with painting and stitching.
Games and Prizes
Fans were lined up throughout the concourse for various games to win prizes. Games included plinko and spin the wheel. There are also arcade games, such as a car racing game, on the concourse free for fans to play.
