Urban Land Institute Nevada is accepting nominations for the 2026 Placemaking Awards for Excellence.
The prestigious annual awards recognize exceptional projects and developments across Southern Nevada that exemplify innovation, quality and a lasting positive impact on the built environment and the communities they serve.
Nominations must be submitted by 5 p.m. Aug. 21. Award criteria, nomination guidelines and submission forms are available at ULI Nevada.
As part of this year’s celebration, ULI Nevada will honor longtime Nevada real estate developer Robert Lewis as the 2026 Placemaker of the Year and Downtown Summerlin as the 2026 Place of the Year for their significant contributions to Nevada’s growth and quality of life.
The Placemaking Awards for Excellence recognize projects that exemplify exceptional achievement in planning, design, construction, management, financial performance and sustainability.
