Cadence, ranked as the third bestselling master-planned community in the nation, has officially wrapped up its Buyer 2 Builder homebuying event, which ran throughout the month of May.
The monthlong showcase offered a streamlined, stress-free approach to navigating the Cadence new home market as the community welcomed home seekers to take advantage of the free VIP shuttle service to explore neighborhoods and compare options seamlessly.
The curated experience allowed visitors to easily tour model homes across Cadence’s seven premier national builders: Woodside Homes, Richmond American Homes, D.R. Horton, Lennar, Taylor Morrison, Beazer Homes and Century Communities.
Over the course of four weekends, guests were able to browse a diverse range of floor plans spanning single-, two- and three-story designs, as well as townhomes and duplex-style properties ranging from 1,200 square feet to more than 4,400 square feet. Prices range from the mid-$300,000s to more than $800,000.
Beyond exploring layout options and community amenities, the event connected visitors with valuable, builder-specific financial opportunities. Representatives were on hand to walk attendees through tailored incentives, including mortgage rate buydowns, closing cost assistance and design center credits, helping match attendees with the best value for their budget.
The event left attendees with a clear, firsthand understanding of the active lifestyle and diverse housing choices available within the 2,200-acre master plan.
At the heart of Cadence is the nearly 50-acre Central Park, which features a resident-only pool and 2,000-square-foot splash pad, 5-acre adventure playground, fitness court, pickleball courts, a pavilion and two amphitheaters.
Cadence boasts several city of Henderson parks including the newest 7-acre Desert Symphony Park, which includes regulation-sized basketball courts and a skate area with ramps and rails.
Other parks include Blooming Cactus Park, which offers a one-of-a-kind vertical play structure for all ages, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic areas and a Ninja Warrior-style fitness course; Citrine Sky Park, featuring play structures, volleyball courts and a bounce pad; and Desert Pulse Park, which has a playground and Dakota Dog Park. The highly anticipated Cadence Sports park is also in development.
Cadence offers a desirable location just a short drive from Las Vegas’ major economic centers and entertainment hot spots. The community is minutes away from the Historic Water Street District, the America First Arena — practice facility for the Henderson Silver Knights — nearby golf courses, 180 miles of trails, Lake Mead Recreational Area and the Mershops Galleria at Sunset.
