A Henderson resort has unveiled its “reimagined” meeting and convention space.
Green Valley Ranch Resort has opened its redesigned meeting and convention spaces as part of its $200 million property-wide renovation, according to a press release. Its meeting and convention spaces span 69,000 square feet, including refreshed spaces, custom lighting, tonal wall coverings and bespoke carpeting.
The redesign was led by Station Casinos’ in-house design and construction team in partnership with architecture studio WATG and sister firm Wimberly Interior.
“The opening of Green Valley Ranch’s newly reimagined convention and meeting spaces reflects our commitment to timeless design, modern functionality and a seamless guest experience,” said Deanna Burgess, corporate vice president of sales at Station Casinos in a statement. “These spaces celebrate the property’s timeless heritage while introducing bold, contemporary design elements that elevate every type of gathering.”
Indoors, the Estancia Ballroom and foyer, as well as the Grand Event Center, were updated. Both can accommodate up to around 1,500 guests depending on the event style. Additionally, it added 17 breakout rooms and upgraded meeting spaces for a wide range of configurations.
Outside, a new event venue was added: The Lawn. The Lawn is 5,000 square feet of outdoor event space, designed for corporate gatherings, social celebrations and weddings of 50 to 250 guests. Also outdoors is the Opium Terrace, which can accommodate up to 600 guests, and Piazza, which can accommodate up to 100 guests. For larger events, the Pool Deck and Garden Amphitheatre are available and can accommodate up to 1,000.
The meeting and convention renovations are part of a $200 million property-wide renovation that includes redesigned guest rooms, hotel room upgrades, and updates to several entertainment and dining venues.
Recently, Green Valley Ranch unveiled new West Tower suites as part of its multiyear property remodel, which added a 2,790-square-foot Strip suite, two luxury patio suites, and a mix of grand and executive suites.
The on-site movie theater is undergoing a phased remodel scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2026, and the resort has announced new dining options set to debut next spring.
Additional work on the East Tower, South lobby and meeting spaces is expected to extend into 2027.
