The newest neighborhood to open in the Summerlin master-planned community is Aberdeen by Tri Pointe Homes in two collections located in Grand Park village, priced from the $600,000s.
Nestled at the base of the Spring Mountains in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Aberdeen reflects Tri Pointe Homes’ commitment to livability, versatility and connection with nature.
The neighborhood features two distinct collections: Collection I, offering homes from 1,869 square feet to 2,279 square feet; and Collection II, ranging from 2,450 square feet to 2,687 square feet. Floor plans include three to four bedrooms, 2½ baths and two-car garages. All homes feature covered porches, expansive great rooms, decks off the primary suite and seamless indoor-outdoor living, with select plans offering first-floor flex space, lofts and a first-floor bedroom.
Situated in the community’s western region, west of the 215 Beltway and north of Far Hills Avenue, Grand Park village is home to the community’s single biggest park by the same name, Grand Park, which spans more than 90 acres. The first phase is complete and includes baseball fields, pickleball and basketball courts, splash pad, playground and adult exercise stations. The remaining two phases are in the planning stage, with additional details to be released as plans are finalized.
“Like many neighborhoods in Grand Park, Aberdeen benefits from the village’s elevated setting, which creates unique vantage points of the valley,” said Jenni Pevoto, senior director, master-planned community marketing for Summerlin. “The location, combined with Tri Pointe Homes’ attention to detail and quality construction, are sure to make Aberdeen a hit with homebuyers.”
