In his May 13 column, Victor Joecks talks about a boy who is pretending to be a girl dominating a girls’ track meet in California and denying girls their rightful medals. The only way to stop this theft of medals from female athletes is for the girls to refuse to compete in an event when a male is competing against them. Show up for the event but refuse to compete against a biological male. Let the athletic organization figure out how to handle the situation when the only competitor is a male.
