ANAHEIM, Calif. — There are moments where you just need the video to do the talking.
Mitch Marner just provided one of those times.
Forehand. Backhand. Forehand. Backhand. Between the legs, finished with the forehand.
It’s already been a postseason to remember for the Vegas Golden Knights star winger, who currently leads the league in scoring during the playoffs, and just notched his fifth goal of the series.
Not to be lost on that play was the incredible stretch pass by William Karlsson to spring Marner for that breakaway.
Marner added an assist at 8:30 of the first period on a shorthanded goal for winger Brett Howden to give the Knights a 2-0 lead.
The assist was Marner’s 11th point of the series.
In short, another day at the office.
