
A man has been arrested in a sexual assault case in Las Vegas, police said.
Martin Guerra, 39, was arrested April 25 for a sexual assault that occurred within Las Vegas, the Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement released Thursday.
Detectives from LVMPD’s Sexual Assault Detail arrested Guerra for a “sexual assault that occurred within Las Vegas.” Guerra was booked into the Clark County
Detention Center for the following charges: kidnapping 1st degree, sexual assault (3 counts), battery to commit sexual assault, attempt sex assault, and open/gross lewdness (3 counts).
Detectives believe there may be additional victims. Guerra was last seen driving a white 2018 Nissan NV 200 work van with a black front bumper.
