Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties recognized its top-performing agents and teams this week at its 2025 sales awards event, celebrating outstanding sales achievements from across the brokerage. The ceremony was held Friday at the Durango hotel-casino.

In 2025, the brokerage closed 6,689 transactions, with $4.7 billion in real estate sales across Nevada, Southern California and Arizona.

“This year was not about survival. It was about performance,” said Troy Reierson, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada, Arizona and California Properties. “Our agents did not wait for the market to give them anything. They competed, they grew and they delivered at a high level across every region we serve. That level of professionalism is what separates great companies from average ones.”

No. 1 — Cristine Lefkowitz, over $41.6 million in sales volume

No. 2 — Jung Kim

No. 3 — Tony Vane

No. 5 — Allen Zeller

No. 6 — Rochelle Vannoy

No. 7 — Natalie Cornejo

No. 8 — Mark Weinberg

No. 9 — Rich Crithfield

No. 10 — Ashton Berkley

The company’s top ten teams for 2025 were:

No. 9 — The Crampton Group

No. 10 — Matt Suiter Group

From the St, Rose office, real estate agent Kimberly Christie was named Rookie of the Year, and from the Southwest Office, Lana Lekic was named Employee of the Year.

“What we celebrated at this year’s awards goes far beyond sales numbers,” Reierson said. “It reflects a culture built on high standards, strong systems and a commitment to supporting our agents so they can win in business and in life. This momentum creates a strong foundation for where we are headed next.”
