Tri Pointe Homes has announced that construction is underway and the priority group is now forming at Agave Ridge, a new gated community located within La Madre Peaks, Summerlin’s newest village. The community brings together four single-story floor plans ranging from approximately 2,779 square feet to 3,843 square feet with three to five bedrooms, 2½ to 5½ bathrooms, three-car garages, and select floor plans offering a casita. Expected architectural styles include International, Modern and Mid-Century Modern to create a contemporary interpretation of desert architecture. Four model homes, one showcasing each plan, are being merchandised by Yolanda Landrum Interior Design.
Floor plans are anticipated to incorporate a range of courtyards, lounges, offices, flex spaces and expansive great rooms, with personalization opportunities that may include stacking or pocket glass doors, alternative kitchen layouts, fireplaces, beverage centers and enhanced primary bath features. Select plans are expected to offer a GenSmart Suite for multigenerational households or additional guest accommodations. Oversized kitchen islands, walk-in pantries, private primary suites and multiple indoor-outdoor transitions further support gathering, entertaining and everyday routines.
