QB Tyreese Smith McDonald completed a 4-yard TD pass to Avantae Fryman later in the first quarter to help the Wildcats pull away early on their way to their 28th consecutive victory in the traditional Bone Game rivalry.

Palo Verde 23, Moapa Valley 19: At Overton, X’Zavier McZeal had three catches for 110 yards and a TD in the Panthers’ victory over the Pirates.

Coronado 27, Desert Oasis 13: At Desert Oasis, Kaz Lewis blocked a punt and recovered for a score to help the Cougars defeat the Diamondbacks.
Cade Meyer had a pick-6, and Tristan Grau added a TD reception and a rushing score to help Coronado (4-1, 1-1 Independent DI East). The Cougars play at Foothill Sept. 25, and Desert Oasis (2-3, 0-2) plays at Foothill Oct. 2.
Centennial 49, Mojave 6: At Mojave, the Bulldogs took control with a 28-point second quarter to cruise to a victory over the Rattlers.

Basic 47, Canyon Springs 0: At Canyon Springs, Louden Cahill, Carl Napoleon, Tana Pulalasi and Andrew Rodriguez each scored TDs to help the Wolves roll past the Pioneers.

Arbor View 56, Lincoln (California) 41: At Arbor View, Matthew Shelton scored on a first-quarter kick return to put the Aggies in control the rest of the way in a high-scoring victory over the Hornets (1-4).
