Former Las Vegas Raider Andre James has listed his Henderson house for $6.75 million.
The 8,480 square foot five bedroom, eight bathroom house on Teramo Street is within the gated community of Ѕeven Hіlls οn the Serket Golf Club in Henderson. Originally built in 2002 it sits on 0.4 acres and underwent a price cut of $250,000 in August. Property records show James bought the house in April 2024 for $4.42 million. It was previously on the market for $7 million.
James is an offensive lineman who played for the Raiders from 2019 to 2024. He briefly played for the Los Angeles Chargers before being signed by the Tennessee Titans. He was recently placed on injured reserve before the start of the 2026 NFL season.
“1535 Teramo is a recently reimagined 8,480-square-foot estate with unobstructed Las Vegas Strip, mountain and golf course views,” listing agent Cami Lincowski said in an email.
Lincowski is a former reality television star who has made her name in the valley’s real estate game through multiple deals with current and former Raiders. She specializes in Las Vegas luxury real estate in Summerlin, Henderson, Las Vegas and such communities as MacDonald Highlands and The Ridges.
She said the property is quite unique with a number of interesting features that make it great for hosting guests, parties, events and entertainment.
“The five-bedroom, eight-bath residence features five en suite bedrooms, three private dens, commercial elevator, four-car garage and a top-floor entertainment retreat with sky lounge, wet bar, hidden speakeasy and expansive viewing terrace,” she said. “Outdoors, a redesigned backyard and fully equipped outdoor kitchen create a private resort-style setting with no rear neighbors.”
The house also features a kitchen with dual oversized islands, quartz countertops, premium stainless steel appliances, a butler’s pantry and walk-in pantry, according to its Zillow listing. The top-floor entertainment suite also features unobstructed views of the Strip and a private cigar room.
