Once again, Rep. Susie Lee is touting herself as a moderate Democrat who often crosses the aisle to side with Republicans on meaningful legislation. She has voted 94 percent of the time with her party. She is no moderate.
Quite frankly, even if she were a moderate, the Democrats would not allow her to vote the way she might wish. They always stick together when voting regardless of how ridiculous their agenda items may be.
The Democrats are street fighters while the Republicans are like Casper Milquetoast. The Republicans waffle. The Democrats allow for someone to vote against the party only when they feel it is in their best interests. They have allowed Rep. Lee to vote against the party 6 percent of the time to make it appear she is a moderate so she can claim in commercials that she is one.
Don’t buy it. She is on their team and does only what she is told. The only time she crosses the aisle is in a Trojan Horse.
