Las Vegas Raiders general manager John Spytek and assistant general manager Brian Stark addressed the media Tuesday after putting the finishing touches on the team’s initial 53-man roster.
The Raiders brass spoke for just over 20 minutes following several days of roster decisions to conclude the preseason.
