A four-home family compound is being sold for the price of one.
Totaling 30,722 square feet, located on 2.5 acres, with 36 bedrooms and 44 bathrooms, 208 E. Levi Ave. is not a home, but rather homes made for multiple families. The compound was listed on July 9 for $18.99 million by listing agent Zar Zanganeh of The Agency.
“This is truly four grand estates that are situated on the same cul-de-sac,” said Zanganeh. “There isn’t one bad house or one house that’s better than the rest.”
According to Zanganeh, the property, built in 2005, was the vision of a single mother who moved to Las Vegas and wanted true multigenerational living.
Despite its original function, the owner ended up not occupying the property as envisioned and has been leasing it out as corporate housing, and “it’s been very successful that way for many years,” said Zanganeh.
While each home is independent from one another, there are some similarities throughout the property. All of the homes have a Mediterranean-European theme, a pool and a basement, and a 1,000-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house.
Aside from those similarities, Zanganeh said “it’s truly four separate, independent homes,” each with its own unique layout, aesthetic and decorations.
The homes range in size from around 6,000 to 7,500 square feet, with the two “smaller” homes located at the front of the property. All of them were built “with the integrity of a custom home,” said Zanganeh, with real stone rock facades, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and “top of the line” pool equipment and air conditioning units.
Zanganeh calls the property a “family alignment asset,” a term The Agency has coined, meaning the home would serve a large family as a part-time home or full-time home. He said he has not seen a property similar to this on the market since he sold a property to the royal family of Brunei over ten years ago.
“This is designed in a similar style, but without an emphasis on needing additional areas for help,” said Zanganeh. “It’s really meant to be for a large family where each family truly has a large luxury home for themselves, and they can be as private as they want.”
