A vehicle fire on Interstate 15 near downtown stalled traffic during the afternoon commute Tuesday.
Traffic cameras showed smoke billowing from a vehicle at the Spaghetti Bowl where Interstate 15 and U.S. Highway 95 meet, near the World Market Center, closing the right lane of northbound I-15.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said the the vehicle was a “semi/tractor trailer,” which became fully engulfed in flames. The truck mangaged to pull off to the right shoulder, where firefighters are working to control the blaze.
No injuries were reported from the incident, The Highway Patrol said.
