Clark County’s private sector workers earned an average weekly wage of $1,322 in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to the most recent data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. That’s a 4 percent increase from the year before. But those wage gains depend on the industry: Construction wages saw the biggest jump at 8.5 percent, while information sector wages were the only major industry to see a 1 percent decline.
