
A Las VegasStrip resort has launched multiple deals for locals over the summer, including on parking, dining and entertainment.
Park MGM launched its “Summer for Locals,” which runs through Sept. 30. The program offers parking benefits, dining discounts and gaming rewards for all locals with a valid Nevada ID, according to a news release.
First up, locals can receive self-parking validation Sunday through Thursday with an eligible food, beverage or retail purchase valued $75 or more at the resort. During events, the minimum spend may increase to $100 or more.
Guests can present their receipts and parking ticket at the MGM Rewards Desk prior to departure to receive validation.
Locals will also receive 20 percent off food and beverage purchases of up to $500 at participating restaurants and bars Sunday through Thursday. The discount is available at Dolby Live, Starbucks, Bavette’s Steakhouse & Bar and more. The offer applies to a single check, no splitting.
MGM Resorts is also offering savings on select shows until Sept. 7, including New Kids On The Block, Mary J. Blige, Sammy Hagar and more, of up to 40 percent, though discounts vary.
Available daily, the resort is also launching Play More, Get More for its local MGM Rewards members over the summer. Members can make incremental visits within a designated earning period to achieve a personalized Tier Credit threshold. Members unlock bonus freeplay when the threshold is met.
