I read your Wednesday article about Gov. Joe Lombardo’s investigation into hospices. The article noted there are more than 300 hospice providers in Clark County. The population of Clark County is approximately 2.4 million. The average number of hospices for that population level is 40 to 50. So Clark County has 600 percent more hospices than the population should require. Sounds a little fishy to me.
I hope the investigation is very thorough.
