The Vegas Strong Fund has named Tennille Pereira as the new executive director of the Forever One Memorial, where she will oversee all aspects of the project, including fundraising, construction, education efforts, community outreach and healing for the impacted community.
Pereira brings experience in survivor and victim advocacy, legal services and long-term recovery efforts to her new role as the Vegas Strong Fund moves toward groundbreaking later this fall and a planned opening in 2027.
Pereira is an attorney with Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, which manages the Resiliency & Justice Center (formerly known as the Vegas Strong Resiliency Center) and has served as its director since 2019.
