With a 30-car capacity, this home is a car lover’s paradise.

Located at 1205 Amber Rim Drive, this auto enthusiasts’ dream zoomed onto the market on June 9. It is located in MacDonald Highlands and is currently listed for $8,995,000 from listing agent Spenser McDonald with IS Luxury.

“There are just so many exciting and unique factors about this home that’s just so hard to find, especially in MacDonald Highlands, or even in Las Vegas as a whole,” said McDonald.

The home itself is almost 7,000 square feet, sitting on .36 acres, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. It was built in 2024 by Richard Luke Architects and Westpoint Development Group.

“This home was designed for a true car collector, somebody that has a lot of toys that they want to be able to park at their home,” said McDonald.

The garage alone is stacked with its own luxury amenities, described as a “world-class climate-controlled showroom,” according to the listing.

It has 12 spaces, with the capacity for 30 cars with lifts, as well as oversized spaces for RVs and boats. Additionally, it has epoxy floors, a compressed air system and eclectic vehicle charging stations.

According to McDonald, a home with this kind of car capacity is “rare” to find in MacDonald Highlands, or any part of the city for that matter.

With its massive expanse, the majority of the homes’ main living space sits atop the 2,740-square-foot garage.

“The garage level is the first level, along with guest bedrooms as well,” said McDonald. “Then upstairs will be your main living with your kitchen and your primary and different amenities.”

But, not just gearheads will enjoy the home.

The home also has luxury amenities such as a glass wine display, a theater with a billiards lounge included, Crestron smart home automation and a Wolf/Sub-Zero kitchen. In the primary suite, there are Strip views, a wellness retreat, custom dressing room and terrace access.

Additionally, residents will be living in “one of the most sought-after communities in all of Las Vegas,” MacDonald Highlands, said McDonald, with access to Dragon Ridge Country Club and surrounded by other high-level custom homes.

“A property like this is very rare to come by in this specific community,” said McDonald.
