As I drive around Las Vegas and Henderson, I am amazed and frustrated at how many streets are restricted with orange cones and no workers or equipment in sight. Is it necessary to disrupt traffic all over both cities with no apparent work being done? Is it not possible to finish one project before starting another? I don’t think that any construction company in town has enough workers or equipment to proceed with all these projects at once.
Most of these projects drag on with no end seemingly in sight. Residents deserve a clearer explanation of why our daily travels are spent constantly waiting in traffic because of lane restrictions.
