A Lake Tahoe beachside estate is on the market for almost $50 million.
Located at 1011 Lakeshore Blvd. in Incline Village on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, the home was listed on Sunday for $47.5 million. Already boasting 4,530 square feet, six bedrooms and five bathrooms, perched on 1.85 acres, the home also has 106 feet of Lake Tahoe frontage.
“It is much more about the property than it is the house,” said Dietz. “This is a rare combination in Incline that features acreage, gentle topography and pure sand beach.”
The actual home itself is “dated,” said listing agent William Dietz of Tahoe Luxury Properties, and anticipates a major remodel on the home. Currently, the home features “well-appointed” bedrooms, family room, living room, formal dining area, a casual breakfast nook, lawn, hot tub, sauna and a wood-burning fireplace.
“It’s still very nice and fresh and comfortable as is,” said Dietz. “But someone who is going to spend upwards of $50 million on the property is likely going to do something relatively significant with the house.”
The home was originally bought by the late Reno developer Samuel Jaksick Jr. and is now controlled by his children, “so there is a lot of emotion tied to the sale.”
Dietz said the sellers were spurred to list the home after other “monumental” sales in the area. Another home on the same street, 919 Lakeshore Blvd., sold in February for $46 million.
Its ZIP code, 89451, is consistently ranked as one of the most expensive in Nevada. In 2025, RealtyHop said the ZIP was the most third most expensive in the state, with a median list price of $1,595,500.
The most expensive was 89413, also along Lake Tahoe but located in Douglas County, with a median list price of $3.5 million, said RealtyHop.
