An actor is selling his Las Vegas home for almost $22 million.

Actor Niko Foster and wife Stephanie are selling their MacDonald Highlands estate for $21.9 million with listing agent Sam Coleman of IS Luxury.

Niko Foster is known for his roles in “The Wrecker,” “Ruthless” and “Checkpoint,” among others. The couple are empty nesters and looking to downsize.

Where “luxury meets the sky,” says the listing, the home is at 677 Boulder Summit Drive at the end of a cul-de-sac. It sits on 1.38 acres, with 14,005 square feet, six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a seven-car garage.

“It’s just sensational, with the views from every part of the home,” Coleman said. “On the backside of the home, you’re going to get golf course views, Las Vegas valley views and mountain views.”

The inside of the home boasts luxury and exclusive amenities like a “sacred” Tibetan stone fireplace, grand staircase, floor-to-ceiling retractable glass, a 12-seat theater and a wellness wing with steamroom and sauna and gym, according to the listing.

The acreage allows for the outdoors to shine, with over $2.5 million in plant materials put into the home around 12 years ago, said Coleman. Outside the home has two pools, two spas, seven cascading waterfalls and an outdoor kitchen, says the listing.

Coleman’s favorite part of the home is the outside wine grotto, which is its own section of the house, complete with a wine cellar, fire pits and a putting green, saying “it doesn’t feel like Vegas anymore.”

“I believe the ideal buyer of this home values exclusivity,” said Coleman.

Coleman also mentioned he has received a lot of interest on the property, especially from prospective buyers from Washington.

“I can count over the last 10 years the amount of people I have worked with from Washington, but seven in the last week has been insane,” said Coleman. “Properties like this are on their radar. It’s something that is relatively close to what they’re used to with exclusivity and privacy.”

Nevada has seen an influx of interest from California and Washington buyers due to proposed billionaire taxes in both states. Virtue Real Estate co-owner, broker and CEO Darin Marques, told the Las Vegas Review-Journal in February, it’s a “full-scale migration of wealth.”

Coleman specifically said he has had four prospective buyers from Mercer Island alone, an affluent area of Washington, with current and past residents like former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz and late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
