A fire in the central Las Vegas Valley has forced the closure of a road to traffic Tuesday afternoon.
South Valley View Boulevard is closed between West Sahara Avenue and West Desert Inn Road as crews battle a building fire on the 2700 block of South Valley View, according to an RTC traffic notification.
The fire was reported just after 2:25 p.m., with the Las Vegas Fire Department the first responders, according to the PulsePoint app.
