The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal rollover crash northeast of the Las Vegas Valley.
Police said in an email that the crash occurred on southbound Interstate 15 at mile marker 75, near Valley of Fire in the Moapa Valley.
Troopers responded at about 3:54 a.m. to the crash, which involved a single sedan rollover. One man died at the scene, police said.
NHP advised of the following road closures due to the crash:
All southbound I-15 traffic is being diverted off the freeway at the southbound I-15 mile marker 91 exit ramp. Drivers should continue west on State Route 168.
Traffic can then take U.S. 93 south to reconnect with southbound I-15, police said.
