The Las Vegas Raiders have added veteran depth to the running back room.
Dare Ogunbowale, who will enter his eighth season, signed with the team on Thursday morning, the organization announced.
He played four seasons in Tampa Bay from 2017-2020 when Raiders general manager John Spytek worked in the Buccaneers front office.
Ogunbowale has appeared in 114 total games, including nine starts, also spending time with the Texans, Jaguars and Washington.
He played in all 17 games for Houston last season, mostly on special teams. Ogunbowale recorded 11 carries for 25 yards and a touchdown, while adding 10 receptions for 78 yards.
Ogunbowale joins a running back room that doesn’t have much depth behind star Ashton Jeanty and rookie Mike Washington Jr.
